Switch to ezAccounting Software: How to Import QuickBooks Vendor List

Previous QuickBooks users can switch to ezAccounting software easily. ezAccounting software speeds up account set up by importing QuickBooks customer list, vendor list and employee list.

Export Vendors from QuickBooks (Optional).


  • Step 1: Export vendor list from Quickbooks Vendor Center
  • Select Vendor Center from QB and click "Excel -> Export Vendor List..." from the manu. export vendor from QB

    Select "A comma separated values (.csv) file" from next dialog box select csv file

    Step 2: Import Vendors into ezAccounting Software

    Start ezAccounting application, click the top "Import/Export" tab, then click the sub menu "Import Vendor" to open the Import Vendor screen

    - Click "Open file" to select exported QB Vendor list file
    - Click "Import" to import the vendor list file
